This instrument uses awesome figured koa on the body, moahogany for the neck, ebony for the bridge, fingerboard, and faceplate. The logo is in M.O.P.. Gotoh tuners, and a satin nitro finish. Ko'olau makes a professional grade ukulele. Very clean workmanship. This particular instrument has very interesting koa. All Ko'olau ukulele come with a Ko'olau brand hard shell case.
