Moore Bettah Slothead Bamboo Tenor

Aloha,
Here is a Moore Bettah Tenor Slothead Ukulele with a bamboo theme from Mr. Chuck Moore of Big Island fame. We are very fortunate at Puapua to get instruments from Mr. Moore from time to time, and I would like to share one of them with you. This custom tenor has a body that is all solid curly Hawaiian Koa. Mahogany one piece neck with slotted headstock. Ebony binding on top and back, bottom strip, headstock faceplate, neck heelcap, nut, rosette and sidehole binding, bridge, and fingerboard. Paua abalone rosette, full purfling, brige accent, position markers, headstock purfling, and headstock inlay. Grover sidegear slothead tuners in gold. Bone saddle. Bound fingerboard. Passive undersaddle piezo pickup. High gloss mirror finish. Spruce bracing. Player's soundhole. Radiused fingerboard.
The slotted headstock makes for an instrument with great balance that is light to the touch, and comfortable to play. Moore Bettah ukuleles always have very nice low action, and a great full sustain. This instrument is currently on hold, and unavailable. We have other Moore Bettah ukuleles, if you are interested, please contact Ukulele Puapua. Mahalo!
