This will be a 5 or 6 part series on the NAMM show that recently finished in Los Angeles. The event is held annualy at the Anaheim Convention Center, and is a convention for those in the retail music industry. It is difficult to describe the environment. Over one hundred thousand people attend, and the center itself is gigantic. Lots of loud music. Strange people. Instrument afficionados, builders, distributors, retailers, artists, A&R reps, media, etc.. Today is just to try and give you an idea of the scope of the event. All instruments are represented from the ukulele to tuba. As the series continues we will look at the great ukuleles and other instruments that were made this NAMM so special. Mahalo
