Aloha, I received a request to put up a Kala Watermelon Soprano on the Puapua Bulletin Board, so here it is. This ukulele is made of plywood, and imported from China. The shape is pineapple, and it comes standard with rosewood bridge and saddle, side gear tuners, GHS strings, and binding on both the top and bottom. The watermelon is painted on, and as a result, every one is just a little different in appearance! This ukulele has a very pleasant tone, and it is quite reasonable in price. I would recommend it as an extra ukulele to take on the road, or to the park/beach. Or, perhaps for children ( or kids at heart ) to learn on. Mahalo.
